We met on September 13, 1993, on board the luxury cruise ship ‘Crystal Harmony’ while cruising the Mediterranean. Our lips floated toward each other in the mystical city of Venice.

We were engaged at Disneyland and married in the majestic city of Sedona on Friday the 13th, 1996, exactly three years after we met. We are thirteen years apart in age.

This sense of adventure and diversity is reflected in the way we create. Blending our unique and refined gifts, we bring our intentions together in the creation of a magnificent vision.

Since we met, we have been on a journey into the heart of consciousness

and feel that the result is a work of beauty and grace.

We have created together since 1995 and are eager to share the essence of our profound learnings with you.  We believe that the power of Sound Therapy, Soul Coaching, and Yoga have the potential to transform the individual and the world. 

Our journey began with a deep passion for holistic wellness for our own personal healing.  Those life changing experiences morphed into a desire to create a nurturing space for individuals to explore their inner world and mine for the inner gold.  

Through our private and group classes, sessions, workshops, lectures, retreats, and trainings, we aim to guide you on a transformative path to well-being.
